For whatever reason, on Sunday Sunny disappeared from my mom's house in West Salem. After searching for him all day, he was brought in by the Salem Police to the Humane Society Monday Morning. He was found about a mile away on Hope Avenue near Wallace Rd. It is my personal belief that he was making an attempt at Homeward Bouding it back to McMinnville because he missed his mom and dad :) But, realistically he probably chased a cat initially and then got spooked and took off.

It was a very worrisome 24-hours but all ended well and Sunny is back safely in Marcus's posession!

I hate it when stuff like that happens. When I was 13 our family dog took off for like 3 days and when she came home she was covered in horse poop. We figured she partied it up at the fairgrounds where they keep the race horses. Dogs...don't you wish you could read their minds sometimes? :-) I'm glad you found him!
I'm so glad he is safe, how scary!!!! I would have been freaking out!
